i am not getting gold bars after coming first on gold race

I too have had this issue. I have also had this problem when winning special candies for watching adds or while playing the sweet cinema for rewards in candy crush. Thanks for these pointers. I will reach out the next time it happens.

Thank you for all these helpful suggestions. I wish there was a way to make a file to keep all of the suggestions and helpful hints in. I know I won't remember what to do each time a problem arises.
