For any missing reward you have to directly contact the player support from your game application. They have all your game data and i hope they will take an action in your favour.

i have seen logging out and logging in fix this issue for some players. sometimes it just take awhile for gold bars to be delivered.
if you still don't see the missing rewards then contact player support as the game expert advise above. Good Luck!

I too have had this issue. I have also had this problem when winning special candies for watching adds or while playing the sweet cinema for rewards in candy crush. Thanks for these pointers. I will reach out the next time it happens.

Please Clean cache files of your device Log Out From Game And Reboot The Device And Try To relogin after few minutes.
