I can't play since April. The game loads correctly, but i can't open the level where I'm stuck. Sometimes i can play, but then the game doesn't record my progress. I have the issue only with Candy Crush Soda, Flash player is updated. Thanks!

I am sorry you have experienced some problems with Soda. Traditionally, Flash has been the standard but change is coming! HTML5 is a newer technology that is faster, more efficient and more secure for you and your devices. We want to make sure that all our players have the best experience so throughout 2017, we are converting our games on Facebook and the Kingdom to run in HTML5 on desktop. HTML5 is less prone to security risks. It’s also less intensive on your computer, which will make your games run faster!
Some older browsers do not fully support HTML5 so you will have to make sure that your browser is HTML5 compatible. You can click on the link below to read some more explanation and how to know if your browser is HTML5 compatible. Click on this link:

Hi and welcome to the community. King games are having some issues on the flash player so it is going to be transferred to the HTML 5. So it is advised to use Windows 10 or mobile devices which ars supporting HTML 5. Please check complete details by community explaination below.

Why will the game get cancelled on the site?
Due to the potential for security risks many tech firms like Google, Mozilla Firefox and Microsoft are now phasing out support for Adobe Flash Player in their browsers. Which means that any games running on Flash Player will soon no longer work.
How and where can I continue to play?
To keep your game progress and continue you have several other options of platforms.
On a mobile device, download the app from the device's app store where you download all games and apps. When opening the game connect it to your King.com account on the Start Menu by tapping the blue 'Connect' button followed by 'Log in with email'. Finally, enter your email and password, log in and all your levels and Gold Bars will be synced to the game on your mobile device.
The game is available on both iOS (iPhone & iPad), Android devices and Amazon Kindle tablets.
You can also continue playing on a computer!
If you have a Windows 10 PC, download the app directly to your computer from Microsoft Store HERE. When opening the game connect it to your King.com account on the Start Menu by tapping the blue 'Connect' button followed by 'Log in with email'. Finally, enter your email and password, log in and all your levels and Gold Bars will be synced to the Windows app.
Another option is to sync your King.com account with Facebook and continue the game there. Open the game on your Facebook account HERE so it gets activated on your Facebook first.
Then log in to your account on King.com. Go to Settings, Account, type your password once more. Click on 'Synchronizing/ Connect to Facebook', click on the two arrows and log in to your Facebook in the new window that pops up.
