If you want to try uninstall and install steps, you have your gold bars are saved/transfered but all of the boosters have lost and some events will be reset and gone.
By the way, their team is still testing this new event that means it's still not complete to be fixed to everyone on this game.

Be sure you have good internet connection . you can switch on Wi-Fi.

Hello @Gumyupawpaw Have you contacted player support about not receiving rewards of BGH? Player Support can help you to get rewards, we here in the Community can’t. The studio is monitoring BGH, so if you report this via the contact in your game, they have all info. Please report it, because those missing rewards and monitoring is the reason many of us don’t have BGH anymore.

Thank you very much for your kind reply, I had reported to ‘support ‘ many times, the steps I had to go through to prove that I didn’t get the rewards are so complicated, I am a computer illiterate, I couldn’t do it. I know Kings Community can’t help, still, at least someone is listening, thanks anyway.

Yes, the last time I emailed them, they closed the case as I did not reply , ticket no. 9836003, dated Aug 30, 2020.
I had previously reported on a few occasions. King should have my previous reports. There were two issues , the first one was not getting my rewards i.e, the 6 pink boosters ( many times ) on completing level 5 on BGH, it always says “not connected to the internet, try later”, my recent report was I paid £3.99 twice to purchase golds and boosters , but only received 10 golds instead of 20 golds and I received no boosters at all. For that, I got a refund of £3.99 only once from Apple iTunes.
I am on level 5450, I can’t progress anymore until more levels appear.
I won’t buy anything from King anymore from now on!
