Hi, I had 12 gold bars and now have 3 gold bars. I lost 9 gold bars and I know I did not purchase anything.

Please clean cache files of your device reboot your device and install updated version of the game from your Store. Your gold bars will be back. It happens with me and i tried this

Hello @geaxc00 and a very warm welcome to our Sodalicious Community! Were these gold bars that you had purchased or that you had won and saved? If they were purchased - then player support may be able to help you, but if these were gold bars that you had won (for example winning the episode races), then the Studio would have no record of them and be unable to help restore them.
But hopefully they will reappear if you do a few simple steps, clear your cache, make sure you have the latest update of the game and then restart your device and wait at least 10-15 seconds and then see if your lost GB reappear.

Its very unfortunate. Very sorry about that but you need to directly contact player support from your game application settings, purchases and goldbars and send them email. As they have your game data i hope they will take a positive action in your favour.

Both of my Android phones show “Bakery – Starting Soon” in Candy Crush Soda Saga. The game is fully up to date and we are online, but the Bakery event does not start on either device. What is causing this issue? Is the event currently disabled or delayed on the server side?
