@urbandecay Hi and welcome, Please contact customer support from you settings or alternatively use the contact us at bottom of page but you will need you game ID for this. Request that you want your game reset to level 1 and they will do this for you

If it is so much trouble, why not just log out and start playing level 1. Setup new email account for this game might be easier (if you want to saved progress).

No there is no option available to players to delete the account.
You have only two options to do that. Either you can contact player support and tell them to manually delete all your progress.
Secondly as mentioned by ipete. Play with new account new game its easy.
