As per 11th of June 2021 all we can tell you is that you will be only receiving BGH as a side event with the monthly Seasons ( like Springtime Mystery or Harmony Season)
That is weird 🤔 I was able to win about 3-4 times before the game locks me out. About gold, sometimes it takes awhile before it shows up ( up to 2 days for me)

We've just been informed new tests are starting this week- that means the Bubblegum Hill will not be available for a large group of players for the next weeks, and the test group will possibly be reshuffled.
We don't know for now how long it will take, but we know the Studio team's goal is to make the Hill even sweeter (and stickier?) so I'm sure it will be worth it!

@aimso2020 Well now BGH has been shifted to weekdays Monday to Thursday instead of weekends. I had it on Monday for 2hrs and Thursday for 2 hrs. I guess the change in the number of hours, or the change from using lives to energy or change in days is so that all the players could get access to it. But unfortunately, there are still a lot of players who don't have BGH 😐

Bubble gum hill is still in testing mode. Thats why not available to all and Studios are still monitoring its progress. You may try following basic troubleshooting tips by.
Log out, Update your game application, Restart your device, If you are playing through browser please clear cache / history and Log in again to see if it helps you.

No, I don't have any problem with BGH because I don't have BGH 😅. But about the internet connection, please check to see if your game is up to date.
@Sunny11 Hi and welcome, Bubblegum Hill is being tested by a very small group of players at the moment as they are trying to see if it has any problems. The game team will be monitoring how it is performing before releasing it again. You will have to be patient and hopefully BGH will return very soon

There were issues with BGH and the Studio is testing with a small group players. So last weekend you were part of the testing group. The tests are still going on so you can be updated when BGH comes back in the main thread HERE

Bubblegum Hill has been reported for Problems recently by Players. Thus, it is being tested for Improvement.
Some Players might get it as event and mostly it is not available for some weeks due to testing reasons.

Event is for random selected group and it may rotate among group ... and sometimes new events is on the way to replace old events ...
I'm very upset too. I woke up this morning thinking I'd get to play this whole weekend and NOTHING!!! I don't even feel like playing the game. Bring it back!!!

I am sure you are talking about Candy Soda game, right!
If so, the Bubble Gum Hill appears only on the weekends. He comes on Friday late evening and goes back on late Sundays.
Those are the normal timings he comes in to our games to help us earn few extra boosters. So, you do not have to worry at all that you do not have him in your game on weekdays.

I haven’t had BGH since March either. And I’ve never had the Bear.
I never got bgh since March(covid I guess😷) nor the Bear "thing" I havnt had anything new and no up dates from LolaPop neither....
I am assuming that since I have not had BBH since March and it is now almost October that I will never get it again. There is no way it is still in a test mode for going on 7 months. I am down to 3 boosters and refuse to have to buy any at this time. I did buy some about a month or two ago hoping I would get BGH but still no game. Please just tell me the truth about the status.

When I log out, I don't get BGH anymore. I get Bear Brawls now. I think that BB is a replacement of BGH. It is time to start a new profile account. Not getting any fun features is very frustrating. Just want to scream.

No BGH for me. Haven’t had it since March. I guess I’ll never have it again. How is it decided as to who gets it? I can’t imagine testing is going on for 9 months. Is there any other way to get gold bars? Right now you only get them is for the race which you usually can’t win unless you can play for an extended period at one sitting.
Yes I am part of a team; I get BGH, toffee fair, kimmys arcade and today I see a new feature- Rebuild candy town.
I play for a successful team of 12 players.
And I have Bubblegum hill from Monday morning to Thursday morning.

I don't have them either. When I logged out and play as a new player on level 1, I saw BGH. Try it. It will make you MAD!
I think you are right...we will never get BGH. No idea why they won't admit it. 🤷♂️ There is a new mini game Bear Brawl. I believe it is the replacement. Again I don't think we will ever see it either. 😭😡
You can click on "Contact Us" on bottom of the page then select "Problems with my Game" and then "Prizes not received" and finally you ask a problem and send Game ID (How to find your Game ID) that I hope they will help you but it taken longer.

You said that in the update on August 27th that BGM is back and will be back on our devices but it definitely is not back on mine!

I'm really sorry to hear that- the game was turned off for some time because of different improvements that had to be made. Nobody could climb the Hill.
But after some weeks, the team switched the event on again, at the end of August.
That doesn't mean that it's available for everybody I'm afraid; there is always a group of players who are not chosen to play a specific event for a while, and then the groups change. You can read more about this HERE .
I hope this clarifies the situation!
There's no way to finish the event that replaces Bubblegum Hill.
