Very sorry about this but unfortunately community dont deal with purchase or purchase related issues as it involves your personal information. So try to contact player support directly from the settings of your game application. They have your purchase history for last 90 days. And they will take an immediate action in your favour.

@bobbigil Hi and welcome, I am sorry to hear you have been charged for a purchase you have neve received, unfortunately the community do not deal with purchases or gold bar issues
If you play on mobile, then please email Player Support directly from the game.
When sending an email directly from the game, Player Support will automatically get your purchase history and all transactions the recent 90 days.
Go to the game's Start Menu, then Settings - Help Center - Purchases & Gold Bars - Contact us and send them an email.
Or alternatively use contact us as provided by @aijaziqbal

How about you tried these steps that I hope this helps. 😊
If it's still not worked, you can click on "Contact Us" on bottom of the page then select "Problems with purchase" and then "Purchase items are not received" and finally you ask a problem and send Game ID (How to find your Game ID) that I hope they will help you but it taken longer.
