I just spent money and beat level 1810 and got an error message right after I beat the level and its not giving me credit for it. Can you fix this?
Sorry about that. You have to replay the level. Hopefully you will get your gold bars back by contacting player support from your game app. Good Luck!

Very sorry about the issue. Unfortunately you have to replay the level. But you can certainly claim back your purchase. Just follow the tips in the below link and you can claim back.

If it's still not worked, you can click on "Contact Us" on bottom of the page then select "Problems with purchase" and then "Purchase items are not received" and finally you ask a problem and send Game ID (How to find your Game ID) that I hope they will help you but it taken longer.

@Cindy_Nefstad Hi and welcome, I am sorry to here this has happened to you but as for passing the level all you can do with this is to replay the level again, apologies this is not the greatest news but unfortunately ther is nothing that can be done regarding this
However as you made a purchase to pass the level please contact customer support from your game and explain your issue and they should help you with this
Go to game settings, help center and send them an email or alternatively use the contact us below but you need your game ID for this
