Don't panic, it will be momentary. Your levels will return.
If you have already followed the steps indicated by Aijaziqbal, try playing a level, then exit the game and log in again This should fix your problem. If not, please come back here to continue with a solution

If you want to try uninstall and install steps, you have your gold bars are saved/transfered but all of the boosters have lost and some events will be reset and gone.

Very sorry about your progress issue. But as mentioned above please try to contact player support and they will look into your game and restore your progress.
@lpeterson Unfortunately if none of the above has worked the your only way of getting your levels restored is by contacting customer support and they will manually restore your levels. if you do this from your game they will have your game IDor use the contact us below but you will need your game ID
I played three levels and nothing yet. So sad never had this happen in any of my games.
@lpetersen225 Hi try playing a level and see if it syncs you to the server correctly and restores your levels.if this does not work please see post below for help with getting your levels restored

I think somehow you got log out. Try logging back in. If still showing level 1 then try playing a level or two. Hopefully you will see the game sync. Good Luck!
All my levels are gone I was in the 2000’s somewhere and everything is gone. I sign in it acts like I never played been playing all these games along time. All my other games are fine

Whenever I get rewards they automatically go onto the next game and get used very quickly. I do not want to use them all the time or all together. This seems to be a recent change. If I've paid for rewards and play 5 games they have gone straight away!
