As per 11th of June 2021 all we can tell you is that you will be only receiving BGH as a side event with the monthly Seasons ( like Springtime Mystery or Harmony Season)
That is weird 🤔 I was able to win about 3-4 times before the game locks me out. About gold, sometimes it takes awhile before it shows up ( up to 2 days for me)

We've just been informed new tests are starting this week- that means the Bubblegum Hill will not be available for a large group of players for the next weeks, and the test group will possibly be reshuffled.
We don't know for now how long it will take, but we know the Studio team's goal is to make the Hill even sweeter (and stickier?) so I'm sure it will be worth it!

@aimso2020 Well now BGH has been shifted to weekdays Monday to Thursday instead of weekends. I had it on Monday for 2hrs and Thursday for 2 hrs. I guess the change in the number of hours, or the change from using lives to energy or change in days is so that all the players could get access to it. But unfortunately, there are still a lot of players who don't have BGH 😐

Bubble gum hill is still in testing mode. Thats why not available to all and Studios are still monitoring its progress. You may try following basic troubleshooting tips by.
Log out, Update your game application, Restart your device, If you are playing through browser please clear cache / history and Log in again to see if it helps you.

No, I don't have any problem with BGH because I don't have BGH 😅. But about the internet connection, please check to see if your game is up to date.
@Sunny11 Hi and welcome, Bubblegum Hill is being tested by a very small group of players at the moment as they are trying to see if it has any problems. The game team will be monitoring how it is performing before releasing it again. You will have to be patient and hopefully BGH will return very soon

There were issues with BGH and the Studio is testing with a small group players. So last weekend you were part of the testing group. The tests are still going on so you can be updated when BGH comes back in the main thread HERE

Bubblegum Hill has been reported for Problems recently by Players. Thus, it is being tested for Improvement.
Some Players might get it as event and mostly it is not available for some weeks due to testing reasons.

Event is for random selected group and it may rotate among group ... and sometimes new events is on the way to replace old events ...
I'm very upset too. I woke up this morning thinking I'd get to play this whole weekend and NOTHING!!! I don't even feel like playing the game. Bring it back!!!

I am sure you are talking about Candy Soda game, right!
If so, the Bubble Gum Hill appears only on the weekends. He comes on Friday late evening and goes back on late Sundays.
Those are the normal timings he comes in to our games to help us earn few extra boosters. So, you do not have to worry at all that you do not have him in your game on weekdays.
Does this makes sense?
But @ElenaVorona I always had BGH on my iPad. Since the glitches and BGH was taken away from everyone, I haven’t got it back. I do think it’s a random group of players... but also noticed many players have BGH, regarding the screenshots in another thread...

I had the same story with a tablet. He hasn't accepted anything new for many months. I log into the game on my tablet 1-2 times a month. Just out of curiosity. Nothing changes there. Empty.
Hello Together, I just went into my game briefly to see if I needed to do anything or if another player worked a tile at Mr. Toffee. Suddenly the chewing gum mound appeared and I could even play it.
Finally, after over 9 months! It was probably a long birth...

Hello everyone. We had a lot of issues with BGH and the Studio decided to take BGH away temporarily. Right now, a small group of players has BGH back to test. I hope we all get it back soon 🙏🏻
BGH is still in test phase. And is only provided to a selection of small group of players randomly by the system. It is not available to everyone (including me).
Studios are monitoring its progress and once satisfied may be launched on bigger scale. But all the bonus features are like this. They may appear, disappear or simply be replaced any time.
Always keep your game up to date and hopefully you will get this feature.

@mweh Hi and welcome, BGH is a bonus feature and is not available to everyone. It is given to groups of randomly selected people so this just means your not in that group at present but you could be again in the future.
To make sure you are getting the features available to you regularly check your game is up to date and also if playing via a internet browser clear your cache, log out and restart your device , then log back in. This will ensure you getting the best from the game

If you don't have a challenge but your friend does, don't worry - you won't be missing out.
At King, we are constantly looking for ways to make our games more fun, interactive and challenging. Whenever we create a new feature, we always like to test it with a small group of players first, to make sure that they like it as much as we do. To do this we always have a randomly selected group of players test the feature and, based on their feedback, decide whether it's something we want to roll out to all our players or not.
Once the testing has taken place, we'll roll it out so more people can play it. However, due to the huge community of our players whom we love, we sometimes have to split it up to make it manageable and accessible. Millions of players in an event at any time is a lot of work, so we split it up into groups so we can keep it running and you have a better chance of accessing it.
We appreciate it may be frustrating if your friends have a feature that you don't, but it's highly likely you'll be getting it very soon and bear in mind that when you do have an event or challenge, it's possible your friends won't have it this time.
Keep an eye out for the latest updates to the game to ensure you benefit from all the new levels and features that we release on a regular basis.

This feature is still tested and selected some players only who have this feature that means it's still not complete to be fixed to everyone cannot claim these rewards as it still tested.

It is Monday evening now. Just finished playing 3-4 levels and finished 2 tasks for MTF. I should be playing BGH now, but NO I'm here telling you ....another week with no BGH. I also see players getting there founders badges on another thread. Did not get to the feature for that either. 3 weeks watching other players getting rewards. Now watching them getting badges. I also see their screenshots....most have BGH feature. Some players have everything. I just have MTF. I'm SAD.
But im still here hoping. 🙄 For how much longer???

I am also not having this event in my game. As far as i know that all the bonus events like bubblegum hill is assigned by the system to different players.
At the moment bubblegum hill is available to a very small group of players on testing purposes as still the studios are monitoring its progress.
I dont know if CM can do this but i will tag to our CM @Lola_Pop to see if she can help us here.

Don't waste time on events that replace it. You play and finish the event. There's no gold.

thank you. i know you are trying to help.❤️ i tried diff devices already...PC , tablet, and mobile devices. nothing change for me. i think it has to do with my profile. what might change (i think) is to stop playing for extended of time...like 3-4 months. But i don't want to do that yet.

Think I also saw screenshots from both @Sofia1992 & @Werner_Cichy some time ago with "BGH". Not sure what device Sofia uses, Werner uses both Win 10 & Android.
Testing btw, is not so much about the players, it is mostly about "Devices". But because of different configurations, can take awhile, along with the virus causing skelton crews to work on the issues.
Anyway, too tired to play now. In fact, forgot how to play. (hehe)
Might want to ask both @Sofia1992 & @Werner_Cichy how it played on their devices.

Oh my, I got BGH too! It’s for 11 hours but I am glad. @ipete please keep trying whole day/night log out/in the game, maybe you get it too! I saw in this thread others saying BGH was back for some hours so I kept on checking 😬. After the post of @Origins7_Dale I checked again and there it was! I hope so you get it too! 🧡

I did BGH both on Win10 desktop app and on mobile Android device, just for a few hours. When I saw it, it was 12 hours, now only 10 hours. I can play it, get 6 lollipop and 1 or 2 gold bars.

For now no issues with BGH, playing on iPad. I already won twice the throne, got the lollipops, free hour and gold bars. Yes it’s like we used to have, only 1 gold but I don’t care haha. And I have the ‘good old’ BGH, the one we always had, no lightning...
With me just like before. Nothing funny, already won 4 times = 24 Lollipop + 5 GB
It's a pity it's so short. Must go to sleep now and return to work tomorrow morning.
