Error message trying to log in
Hello, newbie here.
Ive been trying to log in to soda crush literally, all year and keep getting the same error message. See picture.
My log in information is correct and my internet connection is on and strong. I have the most recent version of the app. Tried uninstalling/reinstalling. Nothing.
This is the only game that’s giving me this problem. Original Candy Crush and CC Friends allows me to log in with my same information on the same internet connection, so this is Soda Crush specific.
Can you please give me some insight or how to fix? Thank you!

Can you try to clear cache and close all the background apps before restarting your device? Turn it on and off for at least 10 seconds before restarting. Once that is done, open up your game and try to log in again. If it still doesn’t work, try again later.
Please note that reinstalling the game will save your progress and gold bars but all your boosters will be lost and cannot be recovered.

This problem has been showing up in different games for weeks.
Some players have said that they solved it by disconnecting the internet (with the game open) for a minute or two, when reconnecting the internet everything worked fine.
Please give it a try and tell us if it worked.

I can see that our Game Experts have already provided you with the correct information. After uninstalling the game app, reinstalling the app will solve your problem and my guess is there's something wrong with you uninstalling the app.
You will get the app uninstall option directly from the app Store - Click uninstall game app - Restart device - Open app Store - Install the game app.
Moreover, make sure that your device's operating system is updated.
