As per 11th of June 2021 all we can tell you is that you will be only receiving BGH as a side event with the monthly Seasons ( like Springtime Mystery or Harmony Season)
That is weird 🤔 I was able to win about 3-4 times before the game locks me out. About gold, sometimes it takes awhile before it shows up ( up to 2 days for me)

We've just been informed new tests are starting this week- that means the Bubblegum Hill will not be available for a large group of players for the next weeks, and the test group will possibly be reshuffled.
We don't know for now how long it will take, but we know the Studio team's goal is to make the Hill even sweeter (and stickier?) so I'm sure it will be worth it!

@aimso2020 Well now BGH has been shifted to weekdays Monday to Thursday instead of weekends. I had it on Monday for 2hrs and Thursday for 2 hrs. I guess the change in the number of hours, or the change from using lives to energy or change in days is so that all the players could get access to it. But unfortunately, there are still a lot of players who don't have BGH 😐
Did u check if u had it on any of the weekday?

Bubble gum hill is still in testing mode. Thats why not available to all and Studios are still monitoring its progress. You may try following basic troubleshooting tips by.
Log out, Update your game application, Restart your device, If you are playing through browser please clear cache / history and Log in again to see if it helps you.

No, I don't have any problem with BGH because I don't have BGH 😅. But about the internet connection, please check to see if your game is up to date.
@Sunny11 Hi and welcome, Bubblegum Hill is being tested by a very small group of players at the moment as they are trying to see if it has any problems. The game team will be monitoring how it is performing before releasing it again. You will have to be patient and hopefully BGH will return very soon

There were issues with BGH and the Studio is testing with a small group players. So last weekend you were part of the testing group. The tests are still going on so you can be updated when BGH comes back in the main thread HERE

Bubblegum Hill has been reported for Problems recently by Players. Thus, it is being tested for Improvement.
Some Players might get it as event and mostly it is not available for some weeks due to testing reasons.

Event is for random selected group and it may rotate among group ... and sometimes new events is on the way to replace old events ...
I'm very upset too. I woke up this morning thinking I'd get to play this whole weekend and NOTHING!!! I don't even feel like playing the game. Bring it back!!!

I am sure you are talking about Candy Soda game, right!
If so, the Bubble Gum Hill appears only on the weekends. He comes on Friday late evening and goes back on late Sundays.
Those are the normal timings he comes in to our games to help us earn few extra boosters. So, you do not have to worry at all that you do not have him in your game on weekdays.
Does this makes sense?

Btw, either the game is stuck, cause I've been on top for hours now. Or there are just few players who got the BGH... I've only managed to play BGH 1 time today :(

The all chocolate levels aren't as bad as i thought it would be. Its definitely possible to get to the throne. I also see a change in the energy this time. Earlier there would be 50 energy for one try and now its only 10 energy. I'm happy 🙂

They have stopped updating because they cannot continue their sweet sweet lie... and their silence is very bitter indeed.
Never in the history of coding would it take anywhere near this long to fix a mini game that was never broken. If the game brought them money, instead of cost them money, it would never miss a day.
BHG is a liability because we love it and it helps us continue to play without purchasing and that is why you have not seen it and why they have kept us in limbo. But there is a limit to what people will believe and that limit has long passed.
Anyone is welcome to prove me wrong, because believe me I don't want to be right, I want BHB back, but sadly what I have said seems to be the logical truth.

Never got a reply if there are in fact ANY players who are currently getting BGH as a test group or not .Can we please get a real up date that has actual information and if we have questions have them answered? I asked the other day if there were really players getting BGH --no reply ,I have asked and commented in what I believe to be a thoughtful and polite manner and have not gotten any replies, answers or anything other than read our outdated messages that give you no information whatsoever. Had I gotten anything from anybody that was even remotely thoughtful or contained any information I would be happy to quit posting. From the responses to my post it appears that many players feel the same as I do. We just want REAL updates with REAL information n a timely manner.

For the "Newbies", to "Tag" a player use:
@ then start typing "Name of Player" you want.
Once the full name appears on the drop down list, "Click" on it.
It will "Highlight" the name in "Bold Black Ink", like mine @Origins7_Dale means you did it right.
Player has been "Tagged" now.
"Tagging" sends an email to the player, to notify them, you want to discuss or call attention to something.
If you do not use "Tagging", your "Post" just sits there, or never gets answered, until someone "Tags" you on it. Best to "Tag" on "ALL" your posts, much faster responses to your questions or posts, since this is a very large Community of posters. 😄
