Paid for gold bars and didn't receive them

I purchased the 16.99 package (which had a bonus since buying them after getting 8 golden tickets) but they did not add to my account.

Please try the standard trouble shooting - log out of the game, clear game cache, restart the device and log in to check if you received what you purchased for.
If that does not help please email Player support directly from the game.Go to the game settings > Help Center > Purchases & Gold Bars > Contact us and send them an email. They'l help you retrieve incomplete purchases.
