As per 11th of June 2021 all we can tell you is that you will be only receiving BGH as a side event with the monthly Seasons ( like Springtime Mystery or Harmony Season)
That is weird 🤔 I was able to win about 3-4 times before the game locks me out. About gold, sometimes it takes awhile before it shows up ( up to 2 days for me)

We've just been informed new tests are starting this week- that means the Bubblegum Hill will not be available for a large group of players for the next weeks, and the test group will possibly be reshuffled.
We don't know for now how long it will take, but we know the Studio team's goal is to make the Hill even sweeter (and stickier?) so I'm sure it will be worth it!

@aimso2020 Well now BGH has been shifted to weekdays Monday to Thursday instead of weekends. I had it on Monday for 2hrs and Thursday for 2 hrs. I guess the change in the number of hours, or the change from using lives to energy or change in days is so that all the players could get access to it. But unfortunately, there are still a lot of players who don't have BGH 😐
Did u check if u had it on any of the weekday?

Bubble gum hill is still in testing mode. Thats why not available to all and Studios are still monitoring its progress. You may try following basic troubleshooting tips by.
Log out, Update your game application, Restart your device, If you are playing through browser please clear cache / history and Log in again to see if it helps you.

No, I don't have any problem with BGH because I don't have BGH 😅. But about the internet connection, please check to see if your game is up to date.
@Sunny11 Hi and welcome, Bubblegum Hill is being tested by a very small group of players at the moment as they are trying to see if it has any problems. The game team will be monitoring how it is performing before releasing it again. You will have to be patient and hopefully BGH will return very soon

There were issues with BGH and the Studio is testing with a small group players. So last weekend you were part of the testing group. The tests are still going on so you can be updated when BGH comes back in the main thread HERE

Bubblegum Hill has been reported for Problems recently by Players. Thus, it is being tested for Improvement.
Some Players might get it as event and mostly it is not available for some weeks due to testing reasons.

Event is for random selected group and it may rotate among group ... and sometimes new events is on the way to replace old events ...
I'm very upset too. I woke up this morning thinking I'd get to play this whole weekend and NOTHING!!! I don't even feel like playing the game. Bring it back!!!

I am sure you are talking about Candy Soda game, right!
If so, the Bubble Gum Hill appears only on the weekends. He comes on Friday late evening and goes back on late Sundays.
Those are the normal timings he comes in to our games to help us earn few extra boosters. So, you do not have to worry at all that you do not have him in your game on weekdays.
Does this makes sense?
At least you get BGH. I have only see it may twice since last March. I am out of boosters and only play when I get my daily bonus. I miss BGH!!!!!
There’s nothing from Monday to Thursday , this game is getting so boring I stopped playing during the week and if there’s no bgh I don’t even bother playing on weekends either
I don’t have BGH , no Kimmy’s Arcade either. I only have the horrible horrible MTF . I would be happy to trade in the MTF for either BGH or Kimmy’s Arcade . Life is so so boring for me till Friday , tomorrow when more new levels appear.

Yeah super @DieOmimi . Since I got the chocolate troll I noticed I won more gold bars instead of the 1 or 2 gold bars. I have had this chocolate troll 2 times and my gold is growing now 😊. Yesterday evening I saw I had BGH too and started to play. So far I won 3 times the throne and won 23, 9 and 28 gold bars 😁. Very very nice, but also you have to wait very long until you can play it again. But not complaining, I am very happy I see it in my game! As I remember you won once 100 gold bars @ipete , didn’t you?
I see it sometimes too @Pitty_Kitty all the levels remained marked with a ✔ sign, it’s still there. I go out BGH to normal levels, back BGH, back normal levels for many times. At last I can play again. Hope you’ll have it back some time.

Last time I had BGT was at the end of December. I could win a couple of gold bars but the event didn't let me play after because all the levels remained marked with a ✔ sign.
Maybe it's fixed by now 🤔

I played BGH today and experienced a surprise. That's much better than playing every few minutes and just getting a Gb. By now, my daily bonus had expired. But that's fine.

I stopped playing this game a year ago due to all the “issues” at that time and the lack of fixes, just excuses. If this is going to continue, I’ll stop playing again. They have no problem taking your money to purchase boosters, but still can’t get their act together to fix the bugs 😡

I have the same "view" 😄. And an idiot teammate in MTF. I left 2 easy tiles (140 orange and a cb/fish), but the person chose and ticked a stripe/fish and 4 stars in another row😕.

Yes but I didn't get as many lollies as I would have liked. That 5th level needed lots of luck to pass. In the good old days I had BGH every day.

Yes, I did @Yosca 😁 earlier this week was also good. got 30+ and then 51 (next day). but last night I got less than 10 on multiple times. get to play more which I like better than waiting all day (and night) for someone to over throne me. I want boosters more than golds...that is why I miss Kimmy's Arcade. I see that you are not in the control group anymore. Congrats!😁
I’m not sure of that @ipete . You got the chocolate troll before I did this week. Got it yesterday evening and it’ll lasts another 10 hours 🤷♀️ So I keep my fingers crossed Friday 🤞🏻

Yep didn’t get it during the week as some folk did but nothing today either so disappointing when you have completed all levels nothing for the regulars 😫

The BGH project team has disappeared us far as responses and fixes go......for a long time now.
I hope this new delay is for 3 reasons:
BGH fan club is not a happy one......so dedicated, so very disappointed......still hopeful all will end well.
