This is what has always happened to me with all events. Also in CCS. They disappear even though the event had time to go before it ended. Whenever I have notified it, I have been answered that it is not an error ๐ That being events dw test can happen, they never considered it a failure. It was always that answer ๐คท and unfortunately I never managed to finish an event because they always disappear

The same problem for me too and I had eight lots of prizes outstanding which I was going to claim today. I have contacted customer support and hopefully will hear something positive back.

Same thing has happened to me, had 2 days left and had 3 lots of prizes to correct, 1 being 24hrs free play, what annoys me more is I actually spent money to get the extra games, what was your result Tim?

Damn! I have lots of unclaimed rewards. Hoping to use it today, Sunday. Log in and the event is gone. Supposed to be one more day left. Iโm very mad with king right now ๐ก
