As per 11th of June 2021 all we can tell you is that you will be only receiving BGH as a side event with the monthly Seasons ( like Springtime Mystery or Harmony Season)
That is weird 🤔 I was able to win about 3-4 times before the game locks me out. About gold, sometimes it takes awhile before it shows up ( up to 2 days for me)

We've just been informed new tests are starting this week- that means the Bubblegum Hill will not be available for a large group of players for the next weeks, and the test group will possibly be reshuffled.
We don't know for now how long it will take, but we know the Studio team's goal is to make the Hill even sweeter (and stickier?) so I'm sure it will be worth it!

@aimso2020 Well now BGH has been shifted to weekdays Monday to Thursday instead of weekends. I had it on Monday for 2hrs and Thursday for 2 hrs. I guess the change in the number of hours, or the change from using lives to energy or change in days is so that all the players could get access to it. But unfortunately, there are still a lot of players who don't have BGH 😐

Bubble gum hill is still in testing mode. Thats why not available to all and Studios are still monitoring its progress. You may try following basic troubleshooting tips by.
Log out, Update your game application, Restart your device, If you are playing through browser please clear cache / history and Log in again to see if it helps you.

No, I don't have any problem with BGH because I don't have BGH 😅. But about the internet connection, please check to see if your game is up to date.
@Sunny11 Hi and welcome, Bubblegum Hill is being tested by a very small group of players at the moment as they are trying to see if it has any problems. The game team will be monitoring how it is performing before releasing it again. You will have to be patient and hopefully BGH will return very soon

There were issues with BGH and the Studio is testing with a small group players. So last weekend you were part of the testing group. The tests are still going on so you can be updated when BGH comes back in the main thread HERE

Bubblegum Hill has been reported for Problems recently by Players. Thus, it is being tested for Improvement.
Some Players might get it as event and mostly it is not available for some weeks due to testing reasons.

Event is for random selected group and it may rotate among group ... and sometimes new events is on the way to replace old events ...
I'm very upset too. I woke up this morning thinking I'd get to play this whole weekend and NOTHING!!! I don't even feel like playing the game. Bring it back!!!

I am sure you are talking about Candy Soda game, right!
If so, the Bubble Gum Hill appears only on the weekends. He comes on Friday late evening and goes back on late Sundays.
Those are the normal timings he comes in to our games to help us earn few extra boosters. So, you do not have to worry at all that you do not have him in your game on weekdays.
Does this makes sense?

They took away Bubble Gum Hill first. Now Mr. Toffee is gone to apparently study players winning patterns. How the heck are they studying patterns on a game that's not being played? The consumers (that's us PAYING customer's) are the only ones getting played. They've been "testing" BGH for over a year! When do you suppose we'll get either back? Not holding my breath!

True that old BGH was the best...but the last time BGH showed up its 20 energy only and replenishment with 5 gold bars which we could earn by playing...its okay I think
Not worth playing bgh anymore with energy takes a whole day to replenish and the rewards are nothing as they used to be
you need to use boosters in order to get the levels done of bgh

the old bgh was perfect as at least you had six hammers and if you used two while playing the level at least you would still gained four

Developers still do hard work, but not do BGH to us, maybe they not care what WE want or they not get info from here. ( our wrote here is " waisting time".)

Sorry, haven't heard or had it, in some time now. My last post below on it.
Did win *100 Gold Bars on it, back then! My teammates on *Soda Squad Teams had various wins also. Perhaps our other *Soda Moderators @Yosca @Nix66 can tell you more.

Are you kidding me...Looks like we have Bear Brawl for next 28 days...UGH-😰 It appears nobody likes this feature; so thank you Soda Team for once again given your consumers what they want-😒😔😠 I guess its just too much to give us BGH! I'll go play another game and check back in after 28 days. Have fun with losing valuable players!
BGH just showed up. 3 level version. 50 energy to play. 2 days and 22 hours left.
Still just one lolly and this time no striped lolly 😡. And the 3rd and last level is very difficult (chocolate). I didn't pass even with a colourball/colourbomb combo. And MTF is back. Also have bear brawl.
