Is there a connection error to the server? Can you describe it?
First off let's check troubleshooting. It may help
- check for Soda app and device updates
- provided you have a King/Fb account to save your progress with, try to log out - close game - clear cache*- restart device- open game - log in and pass any easy level to check your connection
*be careful not to opt "for clear data", it deletes your boosters

I see @HuniSweetness thank you. So you're able to log out and log in without encountering this problem.
Are you able to see and play side events like team and 4 in a row, for example?Also:
- What version is your Soda app?
- What device do you play on? (make and model). What version is OS in your device?

I understand but if you can't provide more details about your device and app versions I can't think about what's going on here 😅
If you can connect to the server then I'd suggest you contact Player Support directly from your app if you play on mobile. So they can look into into your game
Contact Player Support: open soda app - visit settings- click "?" Icon- visit "my game progress"- "how do I save progress"- scroll down and click "contact us". Explain your problem and send.
If you don't play on mobile then make sure to add your game ID so Support can locate your account. Here's how to find your game ID
