    Hello Soda Players!

    The Game Studio told us there is a new game app version on Microsoft Store: 1.212.300.0. Are you able to open your app after updating?

    My w11 app loads but I didn't have any issues with the previous update so I can't tell the difference

    If you purchased items and you lost them due to this issue, you can contact Player Support to ask for a refund, when the Studio fixes this loading problem.

    Contact Player Support from mobile devices: open soda app - visit settings- click "?" Icon- visit "purchases and golds bars"- "why haven't I received my purchase"- scroll down and click "contact us". Explain your problem and send.

    If you don't play on mobile app then contact Support from here and if possible, make sure to also add your game ID so Support can locate your account. Here's how to find your game ID

    As for facebook, it is really not advised to move to Facebook account since Soda Game Studio started a campaign recently to move players from Facebook account to King account. Eventually Facebook login will be no longer possible.

    However a new update appeared on Microsoft Store: 1.212.300.0. Are you able to open your app after updating?

    I can open it up but it still say no internet. I have no problem on my tablet & my phone is newer.

    I tried to play it again on my laptop but it just closes itself so was back to playing on my phone i got a ❤️ with 12hours of play lol

    I'm affected by the same problem as well.




    Version 1.212.300.0 did not fix it.

    Days ago after updating the game ... I had the same problem as you and for a week I tried everything it always said to me "connection error, try again later" at the end I uninstalled the game and reinstalled ... And it immediately worked by logging in with King's account and password without losing the progress made (I play from mobile)
    
    I have shared my experience I hope it will be of help to you
