Candy Crush Soda Saga not running in UAE

Hi,

Since 5 days whenever I try to sign in CC Soda I get this red sign

"There was a connection error, try again in a bit"

Am from UAE & my connection is fine nothing wrong with it!

Am using CC Soda app to play on Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra, it was working just fine but suddenly am getting offline mood in the game!

I have king ID but it shows 0 although am @ level more than 2500 in the game .. I tried all the solutions that has been given here but still nothing change sadly .. so please help me

I am sorry to hear you have a connection error. Do you see this error?

We are currently seeing more players from UAE experiencing this connection error. Apparently uninstalling and reinstalling doesn't help. We've reported it and the Studio is investigating what's causing this error, sorry.

It keeps saying can’t connect to server no internet my internet connection is fine it’s been like this for 3 weeks now I have forced closed the game and cleared the cache and reinstalled the game I have 5 go of storage and updated the game still same message it’s on the games end can you get this fixed please

Yes exactly! this is what I get everytime I try to log in, I've tried all solutions which were mentioned here & other pages as well but sadly nothing fix the problem 💔

I'm sorry to heat about this. Currently there is a connection problem affecting some players' games and Soda Game Studio is investigating it. Hopefully we'll have updates on this situation thw coming week

Would you mind giving these infos:

do you see a connection error message that says "there was a connection error, try again in a bit" when you visit profile settigns in Soda app?
which country are you playing from?
