i got to level 8128 on my main account
but suddenly i got an error and i cant sign back in the account to continue my progress.
my username is Hend_Mayyas1981
what should i do to solve this problem?

in your screenshot only progress 8128 is being displayed, from your main account, I believe
do you read "there was a connection error, try again in a bit"?

yes the error is the same of this
There was a connection error Try again in a bit
and i have deleted the game and reinstalled it again but nothing changed 😔

same thing happened to me. I was on level 2000+ The geek squad said microsoft did an update and it jacked up a lot of things. I can not reinstall the game, so I had to start from level 1 on facebook???????????

Welcome to the Community @bayleyb707 Sorry to hear you lost your progress. Let’s try to find it back. Since you play through Facebook the levels are most likely saved on your Facebook account.
Try with reconnecting the game to Facebook so the game gets restored. If you have connection issues to Facebook, please head over here for help.
