Hello @atokel and welcome to Soda community!

Unfortunately boosters are saved only on your device local storage. they're not saved on King servers like gold bars and progress through your gaming account. This means: if data on your device are deleted through phone reset or Soda app uninstallation, so are boosters. Only gold bars and progress can be retrieved from King servers once you reinstall Soda app and log in to your account. More infos here

Lost boosters that you purchased can be refunded by Player Support (customer service). Items won for free cannot be replaced.

• 📱How to contact Player Support from mobile devices: open soda app - visit settings- click "?" Icon- visit "purchases and gold bars"- "why haven't I received my purchase"- scroll down and click "contact us". Explain your problem and send. Player Support will be able to have access to your history of transactions.

• 💻️If you don't play Soda on mobile device then contact Support from here. Select: "problems with my purchase" and "purchased items not received". Explain the problem.
• It might be helpful to add your game user ID in the form so your gaming account can be easily located by support.
