I'm having same problem. I keep losing my daily time rewards because I have to keep logging out and coming back in. Let's me play but then freeze's in middle of game. Very frustrating. Never had problems before. I'd like to get all my rewards back. I've taken all the steps to fix. The problem appears to be on Soda Crush end not on my end.

Totally agree - King's just ignoring the problem. I've deleted the game now...

this original thread is very old so it doesn't help me much understand what's going on 🙂 the same advices are given initially because when there are no known issues in the game, we must start from the basics first since we mods (not King employees) cannot look into players games to see what's going on 🙂 After that we can start an in-depth investigation and if need be, pass on the case so the problem can be properly looked by the Game Studio. Hope this clarifies.
Back to the problem, please provide more details:
- which device do you use to play Soda? Please provide make and model
- does your device have at least 2 GB of free local storage?
- which is the latest version of software (operatating system) installed in your device? (e.g Android 11, iOS 15.6 etc.)
- which is the latest version of Soda app installed in your device?
- do you save your progress with a King account (email) or Facebook account?
- what is your game user ID? To find this number, tap twice on King logo you see at the top of settings page in Soda app. More infos here

My game is crashing too. I am playing in the windows 10 app. In the end of a level the game simply freezes. This happens after the last update.

this problem regarding Soda app in Windows devices has been reported to Soda Game Studio so they can look into this and find a solution 🙂 as soon as I have updates I'll report back to the community
