Connection problem solved, game is back but I lost 10 levels.

If logging in and out of your account doesn't bring your levels back, then they might be lost because the game couldn't save them due to the connection error.
In this case, there are 2 options: replaying levels again or contacting Player Support to ask them to manually move you 10 levels ahead because progress was lost

How to contact Player Support (customer service) and ask them to manually put you at the desired current level:
- 📱Contact Player Support from mobile device: open soda app - visit settings- click "?" Icon- visit "my game progress"- "how do I save progress"- scroll down and click "contact us". Selects topics: "problem with my game" and "game didn't save". Explain your problem, add your current level and send.

They are saying game is fixed. Mine is not. ID 12284838676. A couple of features are back but not much.

I still have the same problems as a few days ago, so i don't think is is fixed. It is frustrating :-(

Did you try force close the app, reboot device and log in? If that didn’t fix anything then please comment in the main thread 👉 here.
