I have news from Soda Team: if you don't reside in Sweden and Spain, you can return to old friendship system and be removed from this new one. If this is what you wish. I understand you reside in UK?

this new Friendship System is being tested in a restricted group of players at the momement. If you happen to have friends from Spain and Sweden they should be able to see your requests and accept them. If you don't get any responses though, I would recommend to add more friends.
This is a new feature so if you have feedback about something you don't like, feel free to share it with us

Currently there are 3 methods to add new friends to their friends list via Social Hub.
Since I'm in the same test group now, we can try adding each other as Soda friends and check if I can see your requests and accept them. When you see this message share your personal link (see point 3) in this discussion to invite me and I'll accept you friendship request
Have you asked your team mates in chat?? That is one way to request.

I heard back from community manager. No issues could be found. If a response from friends cannot be seen, it's probably because they haven't replied to life request yet and we need for them to respond to get a life.
How long have you been waiting to get life? How many friends are in your friends, more or less?
The Studio will be informed that this feature new functionality is not clear๐

I don not know if when i click on the button, of the request will send to the friends. I delete the game from the pc and i uninstall en restall it again on my Phone but the trouble is not solved. I can asked for lives but get nothing,

Just to be clear, you cliked the life button but your life request hasn't been sent to your friends, do I understand this correctly?

Regarding this issue, I've yet to hear from community manager (King employee).
As soon as I have news I'll be sure to forward them back to you ๐
In the meantime, you could also contact Player Support directly from your game app as they retrieve gaming infos from your app and can tell you if there's an issue going on, even at weekends.
How to contact Player Support from Soda app inย mobile devices and Windows 10, 11 computers: launch soda app - visit settings- click "?" icon- select topic and subtopic- scroll down and click "contact us". Explain your problem and send.

If you have Social Hub you can send lives
Open Social Hub, click on โFriendsโ, select a friend, click on it and send a live. If you want to make more friends you have 3 ways:
When you click on "Invite Friends" you can share a link with others
You can send friend request to system suggested friends
You can also make a friend request by clicking on an avatar of other players that you see in e.g. Episode Race, 4 in a Row, Teams etc. Then a friend request is automatically sent to the other
If you want to know which version of the game you have it depends on what device you use.
iOS device: go to App Store, click on the game and youโll see which version you have or if you need to update it.
Android: go to Play Store, check the app/update. Go to your settings, find Apps, find CCSS, scroll down and youโll see your version
Windows: go to Microsoft Store, check the app/update.

I open Social Hub Click on friends I can see them but if I click it just show me their profile and the option to remove. No other options available

No I donโt see that option at all. If I tap on friends list then tap a person I get only the option to remove I get no send option.
this version of Social Hub is a test and it's available in a small group of players mostly located in Spain and Sweden. Unfortunately this means players of this group can ask and receive lives only from players who have the same Social Hub version available in their games. They can't ask playes who have the same version as Yosca's
in this version, players can ask for and receive 1 life (and 1 booster) at a time. Life request sent to players expires after 24 hours.
It's not possible to store lives sent from players and use them later
it's also not possible to ask team mates for lives anymore
it's possible to gather points and rank up in this new reputation system (the green letters with purple numbers on it) to improve the type of booster you can ask your friends. Playes gather reputation points by helping out other players in Social Hub and also completing rounds of Rescue Buddy event.

I'm in the same test group and since I have Spanish and Swedish friends I have the option to ask and receive some lives though I can say it's more limiting than the previous version
If you don't have any friends in your list with this version I'm willing to add you as friend so you're not totally isolated at the moment ๐

Here's an example. To ask for 1 life you can only tap on "ask" button with heart symbol when it's green and not grayed out. Mine is grayed out now because my lives are fully loaded. I can't ask for 1 life but I can ask for 1 booster

I ve lost the ability to request lives from my Teams... what am i doing wrong?
This is really weird as Iโm sat next to my friend both in UK and both updated to the most recent version. She still has the send lives box that used to come up on opening the game and she also has the option to send/request lives from individual players ๐คฆโโ๏ธ๐คitโs a mystery

probably the test group has been expanded a little but I'm not certain yet. though, if not many players from UK are included in the same test, using Social Hub might be problematic. (When you look up the list of suggested players to add as friends in Social Hub they tend to be from the same country you reside in. It's still possible to add players from foreign countries when you add them through events such as weekly contest, 4 in a row, Kimmy's gone fishing etc)

The stars used to grow islands are full and I'm not being presented with the options for additional islands. Happened after a recent update.
