Hello, I’m contacting today because I’m having issues loading candy crush soda saga after updating it to the latest version.
Whenever I try to load the game, it’s just stuck on a “loading screen”.
Ive tried all the necessary troubleshooting including:
Restarting the tablet
Uninstalling and Reinstalling the app
Clearing the cache and data
Checking that my tablet is up to date
Checking Memory and Storage
All the steps above didn’t work.
My tablet is a HUAWEI MediaPad T5, Model AGS2-W09.
Ive attached a screenshot of the issue below. I would appreciate your help in this matter.

- Do you log in with a King account (email address) or Facebook account?
- What is your game ID; here is how to find.
After I have received the information from you I will pass this on to the CM. However, since it is the weekend, the report will not be read until Monday, sorry.

I am sorry you have the same experience. We want as much information as possible to forward, so can you please answer the following questions:
- Do you play via King or Facebook account?
- Which platform do you use? Browser or app?
- What device do you play on? Make and model
- Which version Operating System do you have?
- Which version of the Soda app do you have?
- What is your Game ID? Tap or click HERE how to find. Please note, if you play another King game ( e.g. Jelly, Friends, CCS etc) and you have no problems with it, you can find your Game ID there just by following the steps.
