As for the last part, as a player who logs in everyday myself that was my impression as well to be honest. But community manager gave me that explanation after contacting the developers and asking them exactly how daily bonus works and starts/resets everyday, if midnight time is relevant or not

Hi just wanted to let you know I have not had any messages from them yet, but I have noted the midnight to be the reset because I slept past my normal log in of 5 am while exercising each morning due to my son being in ER that evening. But when I logged in around 930 am it went to the next day instead of resetting. Still only day 12 since it reset my progress, but doesn’t seem to matter time of day just before midnight on date. from my experience anyway. Other game rewards have been noted on this one and candy crush saga to be 24 hrs or 48 hrs from last accessed. But not this particular daily reward for my experiences

Yes they did. Thank you. I have to reach out to Apple for refund, but Apple hasn’t responded. So guess out of luck, however, I was given some credits for the game to help. Thank you again. Hope they fix it soon. Crazy thing I have noted now is I NEVER have any offers to watch videos for extra play now on either soda crush or candy crush since reaching out to support….. coincidence? Or is that something that changed in the game too? Use to be at least every other day or so you could watch videos to help get extra moves on a level here and there. I have not had that since my game days reset. Anyone have that same issue?
