Since playing Wonder ball rewards after each level it freezes and I have to exit & reload every time

Same issue here
This is still ongoing since I last reported. Getting to the point of just uninstalling the game altogether. Having to close out the game every time I get to that challenge screen and start the game up again every time is so annoying. Your developer needs to get rid of this and work on something different that will actually let us gamers play the game. I am on level 3015, maybe not as high as some but I play every morning....well here lately I play one or two rounds of opening and closing the game, getting pretty tired of waiting for developers to fix.
Any update on the fix?
Actually, I haven't encountered that screen. So, it hasn't been freezing up and not allowing me to close it.

I am sorry you have this experience 😢 We had more reports from Windows players and the Studio is working on a fix. So far we don’t have an update yet.
When you guys updated the game, it now freezes on this screen:
I have to close the game and start over. I've even unistalled and reinstalled the program. This works fine on my tablet, but not my PC. I'm running Windows 10

I'm sorry to hear that you're experiencing freezing issues in Soda. Could you explain a bit more when this issue happens?
Please also make sure that your game is up to date to the latest version. If it still does not work, please send us your player ID (here's instructions on how to find it) and we can investigate further.

In the meantime, as you have already done, try force closing the game or updating it. to check for Soda app updates, launch Microsoft Store, click on library and then "get updates"
I am having the same issues. Been playing this game for years but I will be damned if I have to close out the game everytime those screen come up in order to play 'one more round'. I have Windows 10 on my tablet and have never had any issues playing before. I will definitely delete this game if I cannot enjoy playing it. Why not allow us to close this page so we can keep playing...put the game back the way it was please.

I’m sorry to hear this. We had some more players asking about this. Are you playing the game through Windows 10 or 11 app?
Did you check for game updates?
Please try troubleshooting first: provided you saved your progress with a King account, log out of the game - clear the cache -> not data that will delete your boosters - power off your device for at least 1 minute - restart your device - check for game and device updates - log back into the game. Also make sure you have at least 2GB free memory storage to run the game smoothly.
If that doesn’t work, what is your game ID? HERE's how to find it on Soda app.

Having the same problem for the last 3 days. Did all the troubleshooting, still the freezing after each game. Very irritating. My game ID is 11513000486.

Did you try going into your App Store and seeing if you need to update the app
Same problem here. Did a reset and it worked for 2 plays. Contacted them 3 days ago and canned response was worthless. They owe me my place in the wonderballs and my extra items for not being able to advance without closing out and reopening.

Same problem I have tried logging out, binning cache, logging back in. Zilch difference. This is a big problem for people trying to play the game. It means having to shut down after each go and start up again. Must be costing the company money as surely no-one is going to pay to advance levels with this defect affecting their play.

Thanks for the reply Tina, tried resetting the app last week. All that happened was the game reset it self, put me back to level one, lost everything. The game eventually put me back to my current level, and restored my team, but I have lost all my bonuses, Not too bothered about that, I just want the game to be fixed.

When the game was updated to giving wonderballs as a reward for the highest # of levels at the end of each week, when this is shown everytime my game freezes and I have to exit the game and re-log in each time to continue to play. Can you please fix this?
