I'm not sure if compensations are possible in this situation, I invite you to contact King Player support (customer service) directly from your Soda app. This community forum is not able to handle refunds.
How to contact King Player Support from Soda app in mobile devices and Windows 10, 11 computers: launch soda app - visit settings- click "?" Icon- visit "purchases and gold bars"- "why haven't I received my purchase"- scroll down and click "contact us". Fill in the form, make sure to select the correct topic and subtopic in the form to ensure better assistance, explain your problem and send.

They must be having a lot of trouble with the yellow candies at the moment. I played an entire section of new levels today, where I finished first and won 15 gold bars, but I got ZERO credit for the yellow candies I collected (PC and iOS). I wonder if support can retroactively give credit for this type of problem. 🧐
I won the yellow candy challenge by about 3,000 candies and have not received my rewards yet. Can you please provide any help on this please? Thanks! ☺️
This same thing is happening to me. I get the pop up about collecting yellow candies when I open the game (on the PC and iOS), but no matter how many levels I play, they're not being collected or counted. Things were working fine for me yesterday. I've double checked for updates, but none are available.

I also wanted to ask, are you making sure you are playing new levels? Yellow candies are only collected in new levels, so it does not count if you play levels you have already beaten.

I'm having the same problem. It added some from 2 levels then it quit adding them. Any one know what to do?
Yes, after app update, none of my yellow candies registered
Hi @teasir , I moved your comment here to the support area since this looks like an error! Am I correct in understanding that the yellow candies are not being collected even though you have played levels and collected them?

I just finished 22 boards this afternoon and have zero yellow candies, #4. This is not fair
