Soda app installed in your phone is 1.246.2? Or is it different?

Dutch to English You can no longer play. Still waiting for lives!! Not fun anymore when you ο»Ώare finished after 5 lives and you have to click everything again for lives and wait again. Not a nice update!!

Like where yours says Samsung on the back of your phone, mine says TCL. In "about phone" there's no word software anywhere in that list of info. Even in sub categories like "other specs" there's no software data. Also I'm running the current soda game. I cleared data and cleared cache, uninstalled, reinstalled yesterday. Are you sure that's the make and model of your device? When I look it up online, no specific device can be found among the results.
I own a Samsung device that supports Android too, I can find model name and model number after visiting device settings and "about phone": Galaxy A20e and SM-A202F/DS
Are you able to find the make and model this way?
Also what is your Android software version? It can be found in "about phone" - "software information"
what is the current version of Soda app installed?
what is your game ID number? This info can be found in profile settings of your Soda app. Tap twice on the King logo you see at the top. More infos here

Hi, I'm having a crashing problem as well. Rebooted phone, cleared data, cache, plenty GB, reinstalled 3xs, looked for updates, but still happens. I'll be playing a level then towards the end it will go to orange screen saying ... Loading. But right before that it goes to my blue wallpaper of my phone's home screen minus icons. I have Android TCL vAC2. Anyone have any ideas? I'm level 4162. Thanks in advance! P.s. I have fast wifi also so not that either. π

If you own Android mobile, visit device Settings - Apps - Candy Crush Soda Saga - Storage - Clear Cache. Be careful not to click "clear data" which deletes your boosters
If you own Apple mobile, visit Settings - Safari - Clear History and Website Data
If you own a Kindle fire, check this out

Played for 15 years. This time I started a new game and am on Level 101. I have yet to find "RocketRush" to play, as well as well as any contest??? I almost quit playing because the game wouldn't load or start with my email addy or name. Also who is "BlueElenorie"?? I had trouble getting in here due to that name coming up?β¦
So on my pc it has my email and it shows normal until i go to edit it there's spaces where there shouldn't be so now I can't log in on my phone with my actual email and idk what to do.
how do i update my candy crush soda saga
I am wondering why my game has reset twice in the last 2 weeks. I do play every morning. I was in the 300 plus days and it reset saying I hadnβt played the day before ( game did an update) and then I was on day 8 and it told me I hadnβt played the day before.
I tried to purchase a 9.99 purchase several days ago. It was denied, then yesterday it went through and shows on my Bank account and in my Google account but the Items purchased did not show up in the game. I either need a refund or purchased items put on my game.
