Game won't load on windows 10 - ❗Under investigation
I have the download from the Microsoft store and as of this morning, my game won't load at all. It briefly flashes open and then shuts down immediately. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the game, as well as restarted my pc and no improvement. All browsers have been cleaned, but that shouldn't have any effect as again, I am using the Microsoft download. How do I fix this or is it you guys?

I'm also on Windows 10. I have an automatic update of this game. The last update was yesterday. If you don't get an automatic update, you might want to visit the Microsoft Store and check for the current update and download that. If it still does not work after that then try to get support from CCSS:

Automatic update is an option on Windows Update. Yes. Uninstalling and reinstalling should have taken cared of the current update unless it was done prior. If you did it after the update and still won't work then I also suggested to get help from the Help Center.
We downloaded the game from the same place and we are using the same type of device, mine works perfectly fine so it could be specific to your need. Perhaps King's Player Support can help you.
