Got a notification when I signed in that I’d lost my streak as I’d missed a day but I had not. I was on day 473 or something like that. I’d like my streak reinstated!
Why didn't i get my daily booster today??.. i heard other ppl say the same thing.. I hope I don't lose my streak for some thing that isn't my fault..

You do realize that people are gonna leave this game for what it is @Pitty_Kitty, right? There's quite a few other really nice games with less issues.
Thanks for your reply on here. I did contact King Support from my Win 10 app on my pc, received a "standard" reply saying bad luck but there was nothing they could do regarding the loss of 2 weeks Weekly Contest progress as it could be due to many causes including a glitch in the game. This is very disappointing as it also removed last weeks progress too which means there is no chance of winning the super wonderball next week. It would have been a nice gesture to be awarded with other boosters to make up for the loss. The screenshots were not required either.

Please also try to contact King Player Support directly from your Soda app so they can retrieve infos about your game and look into this. Screenshots are very helpful, you'll be able to send them too after a King employee reaches out to you🙂
How to contact King Player Support from Soda app in mobile devices and Windows 10, 11 computers: launch soda app - visit settings (gear icon)- click "?" Icon- select any topic and subptopic- scroll down the page and click "contact us". Select topic "events or features issues", select subtopic "I have a bug with an Event or Feature". Fill in the form and send.
Streaks and badges/ribbons are not items stored on King servers so they cannot be restored if they're lost, I'm sorry.
I've just had a similar problem with the Weekly Contest. I logged on and claimed my prize for coming 2nd, but it did not register on the Podium Streak which has now been wiped clean and have to start again. It should have added a 2nd green tick. Fortunately I have screenshots for the last two weeks but don't know if this will count for proof.
