Can´t play my next level

Hi, I´m at level 2036 Candy Crush Soda Saga but when I want to play it only gives me the notification "unlock level 1919 to receive this present". I cannot play the level itself, it only gives me this notification. And apparently I´ve been missing out on some rewards as well...

Hi @Melanie_Bessem, I know exactly what is wrong! Look at your print screen at level 1989. Do you see that there are no stars on it? That is because your avatar is stuck on that level and that is why it keeps opening to that level. You have to replay the level, clear it and then refresh the game and then it will advance to your current level.

You might want to try some troubleshooting to see if it clears up. You didn't say where you are playing the game. Below is some information for IOS and Android devices.

I would also like you to please check if you have the most recent version of the game.

On Android, Go to Settings > application settings > manage application, then tap on the app. It'll say the version you are running under the name.

On Apple, Go to the App store > click on the game app, and it will say it under the name.

The current version of CC Soda Saga is now 1.127.3

I play on iOS, the app updates automatically and is now version 1.128.2. Still have the same issue...

When you open the game, what level does it show? I am wondering if your avatar is stuck on that level. Is it possible to take a print screen showing the map and another of the error message? No one else has reported this so it's a unique glitch.

When I open the game the screen is at level 1989, then I have to swipe all the way to the next gate, enter the gate and swipe again to get to where I actually am: level 2036. Then when I click on that level it gives me the notification as attached.
