@Yosca, thank you for your help yesterday. I followed the instructions, but haven't heard anything yet. Do you know how long it takes for King Player Support to respond?
@Yosca The same problem that I had with Rescue Buddies (in 2/21/24) happened again. I let King Support know about it. What I want to know is why did this happen again. IT ISN'T RIGHT OR FAIR !!!!! (Sorry but I'm just mad that it happened again)
Never mind. I found the reply email.
@Yosca 2 days ago I got an email saying that the King player support received my email and will contact me shortly. I still haven't heard anything from them. How do they take to reply to emails?

how do I update Candy Crush Soda Saga?
@Yosca I had participated in Rescue Buddies in CC Soda a few day ago and got first place. Today when I opened it, I didn't receive my first place reward (an epic wonderball). I would like to know why this happened and get my first place rewards.

@Yosca, I signed to my King account and the profile picture came right away.
You can do the troubleshooting: provided you saved your progress with a King account, log out of the game - clear the cache -> not data  that will delete your boosters - power off your device for at least 1 minute - restart your device - check for game and device updates - log back into the game. Also make sure you have at least 2GB free memory storage to run the game smoothly and try to connect to a WiFi connection instead of using cellular data.
Clear cache in Android: go to settings - tap on apps - tap on candy crush soda - tap on storage - tap on clear cache (not data❗️)
Clear cache in iOS: go to settings - tap on Safari - tap on Clear history and website data
@Yosca Hi. Can you ask what other Candy Crush Soda Moderators have done to solve this problem? Will the profile picture come back on its own?
Hello @RachJain This may happen sometimes. When I notice this, I force close the app and reopen it. Sometimes you have to repeat this a few times.
@Yosca My profile picture didn't show up when I opened the app. Do you know why it's happening?

Hi again @RachJain There is no fix in the update, sorry. However you should have received an automatic reply. Have you checked your spam/junk mail?

When Support is very busy it can take up to 3 days. Did you receive an automatic reply?
I have also asked the CM whether there is clarity.
Btw, did you check for game updates? I noticed I got an update, maybe there is a fix? 🤔
