@Yosca I had participated in Rescue Buddies in CC Soda a few day ago and got first place. Today when I opened it, I didn't receive my first place reward (an epic wonderball). I would like to know why this happened and get my first place rewards.

tap on ? mark
tap on “events”
tap on “My special event just disappeared”
Scroll down to “contact us”
Select topic “Events or Features issues”
Select subtopic “I didn’t receive my reward”
Type your info and Submit 🙂

@Yosca 2 days ago I got an email saying that the King player support received my email and will contact me shortly. I still haven't heard anything from them. How do they take to reply to emails?

@Yosca The same problem that I had with Rescue Buddies (in 2/21/24) happened again. I let King Support know about it. What I want to know is why did this happen again. IT ISN'T RIGHT OR FAIR !!!!! (Sorry but I'm just mad that it happened again)
