I had the same issue! I absolutely played yesterday and lost years from my streak!

First they responded with an answer that had absolutely nothing to do with the question I asked. When I asked the question again I have only received silence.

I'm sorry it happened to both of you also, but I'm relieved that it's not just me. Maybe since there are multiple cases of this King will take notice and do something about it
Maybe I didn't make myself clear. When you first open the app you get the list of all the days that you played and the prize that you get. That's where I am back down to one. I have played every day consecutively for at least a year, and in fact, dropped a bundle yesterday buying gold bars. Now I'm back to not getting 30 minutes of free playing time.
