I can not connect to store to buy or use bars.

no but it says not connected to internet. Checked all settings all are the same for all three games only soda doesn’t work

I don’t get anything like you are showing . Can’t find purchases and gold bar topic anywhere. This is ridiculous can’t access gold bars or store for months. What am I suppose to do

I did what you said it did not work. Can’t access my gold bars or purchase any
If you do it like this:
*Clear cache in iOS: go to settings - tap on Safari - tap on Clear history and website data
then you wouldn't be deleting game data. However, if you delete data in Android you will delete all game data and you will also lose your boosters!

Sorry to hear this. Please try to log out of the game, check for updates, clear cache and log back in. Then replay some levels. *Clear cache in Android: go to settings - tap on apps - tap on candy crush soda - tap on storage - tap on clear cache (not data❗️)
