To the Community Manager, you have obviously seen all the unhappy, frustrated posts about last update ,server problems, and no ability to participate in the game, I am one of those players, I have a second chance to play in the soda cup, but fear that will not happen. Is there any update on the progress of fixing this problem, players would appreciate some feedback. Thank you

Unfortunately Community Managers are not available on weekends, and I can forward your issue to the CM but they won't be able to read it until Monday. To forward your issue I need your Player ID; here is how to find it and what kind of device are you playing the game on? Make and model please.
What may be an option is to contact Player Support and hopefully they will be able to help you. Since your game is offline, please use this link: here . Select the correct game, topic - account login questions/issues, subtopic - I have account login issues. Describe the problem and include your Player ID.
