I noticed the star candies yesterday and that you collect stripped candies in Rocket Rush, I just wish you didn't have to win the level for them to count.

Hmm that is strange that the candy wasn’t counted 😢 The servers may not have registered it. I regularly check in my game whether the candy is being counted. If not, I force quit, log in again and replay a level. Then I play a level and check the candy in the event (same in Kimmy's hunt etc)

Since you have screenshots you could contact Support. Perhaps they are willing/able to compensate you.

You can contact them directly from your device: tap the blue gear - tap question mark - tap technical and connections issues - tap thanks for reaching out - scroll down and tap contact us. Choose topic Events and features issues, subtopic I didn’t receive my rewards.
