Ah no worries! My apologies for not being clear.
Earlier I reported it to the studio, and I'm waiting for a response on this, it seems some players have this issue and the studio is trying to investigate the cause of this to see if they can solve it for everyone.
I'm sorry I don't have a better response for it right now. 😔
I would try to log out and log back in and restart the device at least to see if it helps, but otherwise we'll probably have to wait for the studio to find the core issue!
