Sorry this is happening; I’m having the same issue. Do you play the game on more than 1 device? I reported it and the Studio is investigating it. Apparently that seems to be a cause of not being able to progress/claim rewards.
You could contact Support, perhaps they have an update. You can contact them through your game:Click the gear - click question mark - click technical issues - choose a topic and click “contact us”

If you click on the link HERE (green word) you will be taken to the CM's Support thread where we would like more information from the players. Please visit that thread; we appreciate it if you would provide us with this information 🙏🏻

Sorry Yosca, I've realised I didn't answer your question. I guess I was so excited at getting a reply. In answer to the question - yes I do play CC Soda on more than 1 device , I play it on my phone and also on my Amazon Fire tablet. Is that what they're investigating as the cause of the problem do you think ?

Hello again Yosca. Regarding the Soda Cards and the possible multiple devices problem. Do you think if I were too log out of one of my devices , thus leaving me with only one, that would perhaps solve the problem. I wouldn't mind trying it to see. Have you heard of anyone else trying it ? Please let me know.

Hi @Teggles227 No I don’t think you can solve the problem by doing that. I know the Studio is investigating this, and it is happening on different devices. I thought it was an Android thing but the Studio found out it’s on Apple devices too.
I also reported it to King Support via my game (just as a player) and they had no other solution either, sorry 😕
