I recently discovered, much to my dismay, that my user account has been deleted. I assume you were already aware of this situation and chose to defer resolution until Monday. I would like to understand who was responsible for my pro player profile's deletion and the reasons behind it. I find it unacceptable that this issue has arisen, particularly given my positive contributions to the community, which warrant no justification for such an action. Furthermore, I am frustrated about the loss of my accumulated boosters and the 18 hours of life and timed boosters I purchased just yesterday. These items have been rendered useless, and I am unable to participate in the various community contests. I demand prompt answers and solutions to this matter today. Right?!?
Attached are screenshots as evidence of the deletion, as it appears that King.com customer support has questioned our integrity, suggesting that we are merely attempting to obtain free items.
