All Soda Activities gone, no races, no cake bake, nothing?

I was playing daily for the last few months making #1 in Rocket Rush consistently, getting 1st place in the Races when they were available, being active in the ship mini-game, etc.
But for the last week, ALL Soda Activities are gone. The only thing I have available is the Shop and the next level to play. I'm sure I have the most recent version (the Android App Store just says "play"). It also shows me as logged in via FB, but I don't see the daily log-in counter so it doesn't feel like it's connecting, perhaps?
Really don't want to play the game until this is resolved.

Sorry about this. Please try the following steps:
Restart: Force close all open apps and restart your device. Leave it switched off for at least 10 seconds, then turn it on again.
Updates: Make sure you have the latest game and device updates
Memory: Do you have sufficient memory on your device? King recommends having at least 2GB free memory storage to run the game smoothly.
Connection: Try to connect to a WiFi connection instead of using cellular data
Clear Cache: in Android: go to settings - tap on apps - tap on candy crush soda - tap on storage - tap on clear cache (not data❗️)
————— in iOS: go to settings - tap on Safari - tap on Clear history and website data

Yes, none of these fix the issue.
- The phone has been off for hours at a time with the problem still happening.
- I do not see an update available in the Play Store, just "Run" so it looks like I have the most recent version.
- I have a lot of spare memory.
- I've tried both with and without Wi-Fi active.
- I've cleared the cache and no change.

2- Which OS version has your device
3- Which game version do you have
4- What is your Player ID

- I can't find the version of the App. Nothing on the App Settings or the Play Store mentions the version.
- I can't find my Player ID. When I open the App it goes straight to the main screen, not the log-in screen, and there is no option in Settings to look it up.

To find your game version: tap the settings from your phone, tap apps, tap Candy Crush Soda and scroll down. You can find the game version
To find your Player ID: when you are in the game, tap the blue gear then tap the golden King icon (from your 3rd screenshot) another page will open. Then tapp the golden King word at the top and you will find your Player ID
