All Soda Activities gone, no races, no cake bake, nothing?

I was playing daily for the last few months making #1 in Rocket Rush consistently, getting 1st place in the Races when they were available, being active in the ship mini-game, etc.

But for the last week, ALL Soda Activities are gone. The only thing I have available is the Shop and the next level to play. I'm sure I have the most recent version (the Android App Store just says "play"). It also shows me as logged in via FB, but I don't see the daily log-in counter so it doesn't feel like it's connecting, perhaps?

Really don't want to play the game until this is resolved.

I'm increasingly in the same boat. Very frustrating.

I got almost no booster games left. Whatever user 'group' this game has put me in for games, I would like a new group.

Right now, as in right now, my Shipmates disappeared too, mid game. I got it Monday as usual, and the timer said I had it until Friday as usual, and there was even 2-ish days left on the countdown that I have had since Monday, but opening my game now it is gone.

Not the first time the timer for one of my games has been wrong, or my game went away before the countdown clock was over, but only 2 days for Shipmates??

My Kimmy's Arcade is gone this week. Rescue Buddies went *poof* 2 weeks ago, didn't come back last week despite me having the 'Starting Soon' screen right up until it went away.

On top of that my Soda Race has gone down from 72 hours (Friday-Sunday) to only being available for 48 hours (Fri-Sat). If I even get it this Friday. I'm starting to wonder, as well as crossing my fingers for I get the cake tomorrow as normal.

At least I currently have the Rewards Pass. It's been ages since I had that last time.

Just for anyone who comes across this thread wondering if anything changed - it didn't. Still broken.

Since I keep having to reinstall about once a year because of some "unusual error" and lose all my boosters every time that happens, I've just decided to stop playing the game. Over 5000 levels! It was a fun ride but knowing this is going to happen again, sooner or later, nah. That's enough.

Thank you Yosca, I will keep checking in to see if there is any progress. I don't want to re-install and lose all my boosters but if this continues for a few weeks I guess I will have to.

Hi @Toomanyferrets I’ve asked the CM and the Studio are still investigating what caused it. If you have another device you could try to play, using the same account. Or you could try to reinstall, however, you can lose your boosters and extra lives. If you purchased any you can contact King Player Support.
Let me know if you need more help, so far they don’t have a solution, except what I mentioned, sorry.

Yeah, I know sometimes things go like the races, the continue ads, etc., then come back. But it's been like this for over 3 weeks now, every day. So something is wrong, for sure.

I only get mine on Friday through Saturday for the last 2 months. Only get the cake on Thursdays. They're taking the ways to earn gold bars away I'm assuming so you will have to buy them .

Hello again

To find your game version: tap the settings from your phone, tap apps, tap Candy Crush Soda and scroll down. You can find the game version

To find your Player ID: when you are in the game, tap the blue gear then tap the golden King icon (from your 3rd screenshot) another page will open. Then tapp the golden King word at the top and you will find your Player ID

I can't find the version of the App. Nothing on the App Settings or the Play Store mentions the version.

Yes, none of these fix the issue.

The phone has been off for hours at a time with the problem still happening.

Restart: Force close all open apps and restart your device. Leave it switched off for at least 10 seconds, then turn it on again.

Updates: Make sure you have the latest game and device updates

Memory: Do you have sufficient memory on your device? King recommends having at least 2GB free memory storage to run the game smoothly.

Connection: Try to connect to a WiFi connection instead of using cellular data

Clear Cache: in Android: go to settings - tap on apps - tap on candy crush soda - tap on storage - tap on clear cache (not data❗️)

Ads are freezing and having to close app each time
Whenever I choose to watch ads for a bonus or extra lives etc, the ads have started to freeze. It’s the ad for teaching or education or something. It’s so annoying. I’m losing levels because of it and happened about 6-10 times in the last hour I have been playing. What is causing this?
