Where are my 400 gold bars

Level 3

I just participated in the beat 10 levels and pay $29.99 for 400 gold bars. The game said congratulations bars are coming but I only have 200. Also, this help area says I’m on level 3, I am on level 15,247. Please fix my account. Thanks.

    I did all of your recommendations. My 400 bars are not there. Also, why does this forum say I’m on level 3 ? I am on level 15,252 so I’m not new to this game. What next?

    Regarding the purchase Community cannot deal with purchase issues due to personal information but King Player Support can. If you happen to play on a mobile device or Windows app, you can contact directly from the device. That way Player Support will automatically get your purchase history and transactions. All you need to do is:

    - Tap on the blue gear

    - Tap on the ? mark

    - Tap on “My Purchases“

    -  Choose and tap on a topic that is closest to your question/issue

    - Scroll down to the bottom and tap on "Contact Us"
