I have not been getting lives. I was at the max of 200 now I am down to 0 and they have not been replenishing from my friends. I googled it and it says to log out and log back in. How do I do that? Directions say to click on the gear and then the house but it doesn't show a house or to click the pink setting wheel then the green setting wheel, I don't have a green setting wheel. Directions say to make sure I have access to my Facebook friend list but I don't have access and don't know how to get access. I have access to strangers but not my actual facebook friends that I actually know. Also, how do I update to latest version? Thank you in advance for your help.

I am sorry to hear you’re not receiving lives. Is your question about Candy Crush Soda or Candy Crush Saga? You mention the pink gear which is in Saga and Soda has a blue gear 🤔. Please let us know in the comment field below, so that you can get help 🙂

I am sorry you are having trouble with getting lives in your game and accessing your friends. First of all - how are you saving your game’s progress? If you save it thru FB, then you should see your friends on the game map and should be able to easily add them. You should also be able to send them friend requests thru the game.
As far as logging out of the game and logging back in, besides turning your platform off (mobile phone or tablet etc.) waiting 10-20 seconds then turning it back on (so you are rebooting your device) you can also log off from how you save your progress (whether thru fb or the community or Apple) - you will see the game will then put you at level 1, then log back in again and reconnect to however you are saving your game. If you click on the pink wheel, and then click on “my account” it will take you to a page that will show you how you are saving you progress and give you an option to “log out’. Once you do that, it disconnects you from how you are saving your game (for example - FB). Then wait 10-15 seconds and log back in again (resave your progress again).As far as updating your game - it depends on what type of device you are playing on. I play on an iPhone so I go the the App Store and search for Candy Crush Saga. Then I click on the app and It will tell you what version of the game you are currently using and if there is a more recent version it will show you and allow you to update your game.

I use a laptop, when I check the Microsoft app store it doesn't even have Candy Crush Saga listed as an app that I have on my computer. I access Candy Crush through Facebook so any advice I have gotten so far, my Candy Crush does not have the same features. When I click on my pink gear for settings the only thing that comes up is How to Play, Audio, Features (Milestone Bridge, Show Location, Show Last Time Online), Accessibility (Hints, Flashing Effects, Grayscale Board).
On my laptop through Facebook I am on level 7000, on my IPhone I have the app and I am on level 20.I have no idea how to sync them. I don't want to download from Microsoft app and have to start from scratch.
Also note, I am not tech savvy and this whole thing is making my head spin. I would guess the best way to find all the information I need is to access my information inside of Facebook but I don't know how to do that either. I did go in and log off Facebook and log back in a few different times, but nothing changed.
I used to have actual FB friends that are also Candy Crush friends but they are no longer there, I have fumbled around trying to rectify that but of course failed 😫.
Is it possible to sink my phone app to my FB account so I can change my Iphone game so it will be on the same level as my FB game?
