How do i get my daily goals to return and missing gold bars

Question

I have been sending in question for the past 3 weeks on how to get my daily goals to return and not receiving gold bars on the event levels. Previously I would receive the gold bars once the game has returned nowifi win and the game is over I just don’t get it. Please let me know what’s going on with this game. And yes I’ve read the board questions and I’ve done the reset and logging in and out of the game and none of that has worked.

Hi @tamwill21, are you referring to the various events for the game?  If so, the players have been writing here saying that they all disappeared.  They have from my game too.  We are following up with the community manager and the studio to find out what happened.  The only thing that is available right now is Mr. Toffee's Fair and it's still in testing so not everyone has it yet.  I am going to give you a link where you can go and write your thoughts on these events disappearing.

I’ve tried all the suggestions given and none of them worked. I’ve deleted the game multiple times and restarted the phone. I’m still not seeing a daily goal

Hi @tamwill21 where are you playing the game - mobile or computer?  They are going to ask you to do some troubleshooting so I am going to post some links below.  Make sure that you clear out the history wherever you are playing the game and also make sure that you have the latest version of the game.
What event are you referring to that you didn't get the rewards?
