How do I get back to the level I was on?
My game was frozen for over a day on the level screen, level 2604. After looking around for solutions, and knowing that my phone and apps were backed up, I uninstall the game and reinstalled it. Now I’m on level one. I’ve reached out to King Support and they been completely useless, sending an automated response it doesn’t remotely address my question. is there anyway they can get me back on level 2604?

As for the support team, please note that you have to respond to the automated message you have received in order for them to reach you again. If you don't respond to it they won't reach out to you. I will ask you to be patient with them. They are great but they have endless requests on a daily basis and it takes time to look into each of them. So if I don't have Facebook I'm out of luck? Hundreds of dollars and years of playing and there is no way to get me back?0

Hi again @moore999 Please read that post carefully. You can get your progress back if your account was connected to a Facebook or a King account. There are steps for doing so on the link I posted above. If your game wasn't connected to any account, then the best option is to fill in the support form and wait for the support team to reach you. Let me know if you need more assistance.0

I was on 1389. I followed all the instructions to get my level back. I was taken to level 864. I tried all the instructions again, but I’m still at 864. What do I do to get back to 1389?0

Be sure that you are choosing the correct topic (Problems with my game) and subtopic (Game didn't save). Once you fill in the form you will receive an automated email message which you need to reply to in order for the team to reach you. If you don't reply to it, they won't reach you at all.
