    Level 1

    That appears to be for the App.  I am playing on a laptop.  Do you have instructions for laptops or just phones?

    Please try them and let me know how it goes.  And it does not help with the issue, please post your game use ID number for the team to look into it.

    This issue still has not been looked into not only am I wasting time playing the same level over & over I have also lost 10 gold bars plz address this issue asw I am not the only player its effecting tyia

    I am sorry to hear about the technical issue in your game and also for loosing your Gold Bars!!

    Can you provide these below details --
    1) What device are you using to play the game;
    2) Are you logged in through Facebook or Kingdom account!  
    3) Your game user ID number -- find it through this link  https://community.king.com/en/candy-crush-soda-saga/discussion/247075/what-is-my-user-id-and-where-can-i-find-it/p1?new=1

    Once you write all that needed info, I will send the complaint to the Community Manager to look into the Gold Bars issue. 
    And with regards to the "Error" issue, the King Studio is working hard to find the reason for the issue as well as a fix for it! 

    Until then, we have to be patient and make sure from our end that the device is all good with enough storage space, etc., and the game App has the latest version!

    Hi guys, is this the error message that you are seeing?  If so, I read that it's a Facebook glitch so we have to wait for them to fix it.
