When selecting the fish booster the game takes it off my total but does not double up the fish when playing, is this a known fault?

    Are you referring to the Rainbow Streak? If so, there is a problem with the double fish and you can read what Buglady wrote about it here.

    I don’t think it is on Rainbow it is just an ordinary level

    As far as I know I think it's only on the Rainbow streak that the double fish are not working.  That's what I've been seeing here in the community.  If you see it happening again, please check if it's because you are at the third bottle where you should have gotten the double fish.

    It is not in the rainbow it is when I select my own boosters that the fish do not double up

    That is what I needed to find out.  So I think this what you are saying.  Before opening the level do you click on the fish booster but when the game opens up only one fish swims out? I just tried it on my game and 2 fish swam.  If you are only seeing the one fish, let's try some troubleshooting fist.  Click on one of the links below and let's see if that clears it up.

    Yes I click on the booster before the game did it twice and neither time did two fish appear. I cannot try your links far to complicated for my simple mind. I simply will not use the fish booster again on this level.

    This is what I am going to do.  I am going to tag @Xarly who is the community manager and @QueenB who is the community moderator.  Since we already know that there is an issue with Rainbow Streak and the double fish, let's see if they know if that glitch is affecting getting the double fish when you click on the booster before starting the level.  Maybe it's just the fish in general that gives double fish to some players but not to others.

    As far as I know, there are no issues reported about the pre-game Fishes not working properly.

    @Angela_Carson would you be able to make a video recording when you're about to use the pre-game fishes so we can see what is happening in your game and escalate this further?
