Will you be able to free 0.3 to 0.5 GB by deleting any "not so needed" things? Because, all the KING games must need 2 GB free space to perform better.
I am not just saying this because I have tried it for one of the King games (I think for Farm Heroes)! Having enough free space makes such a difference with the game features!

I did all of the above too. Then I completely deleted all games and Facebook and reloaded. I still only have 1.1GB free memory, but the features in the game have come back. I now have kimmies arcade and tick the tiles. Hope this helps Henk. Be sure to sign it from Facebook when playing games to return where you left off instead of starting over

I have 1.9 gb memory free now. Still does not work. I will buy new phone in 3 weeks. So will live with this bug.

Or, you can delete the game and reinstall. But if you do, save your game so you won’t lose your progress. And do know that you can loose your boosters (they are saved in your device and not in the game).!Your gold is saved in your game though.

Hi. I'm also having the same issue. I have 3.3g memory and playing on a laser tablet. Mine have been missing for a while. I'm on 1520
